Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms apply to campocator.com and to the services of Campocator, Inc. (“Campocator”). By using the site or our services you agree to them. Specific program terms given to you before you pay or enroll also apply and take priority for that program.

1. Campocator's role

Campocator helps families, students, schools and adult learners find educational experiences. Our role depends on the program, and we will tell you which applies before you commit:

  • Referral: we recommend a program and you register and pay directly with the provider. Your contract for the program is with the provider.
  • Facilitated enrollment: Campocator sells or arranges enrollment and receives payment. Campocator is responsible for its own booking service; the provider remains responsible for delivering the program.

Where Campocator has a commercial relationship with a provider that the law requires us to disclose, we will tell you before you commit.

To be confirmed by Campocator: whether Campocator receives commissions, referral fees or other compensation from providers, and whether, in facilitated enrollments, Campocator acts as the provider's agent or as the seller of record.

2. Program information

Program descriptions on this site are general guidance and are not bookable listings. Dates, prices, availability, curriculum, accommodation and admission criteria are confirmed in writing before enrollment and may change by the provider.

3. Prices, payments, currencies, taxes and fees

Before you commit to pay, we tell you the program price, any Campocator service fee, applicable taxes, the currency, and any currency-conversion charges we are aware of. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own foreign-transaction charges.

Payments to Campocator are processed by Stripe. Depending on what is supported and enabled for your payment, you may pay by bank transfer, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other electronic methods. Campocator does not store full card numbers; Stripe handles card details under its own privacy policy.

To be confirmed by Campocator: supported currencies (none are configured on this website yet — there is no online checkout today), service-fee amounts, and any deposit or installment rules.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Before any payment is processed, Campocator gives you the refund and cancellation policy that applies to your program, so you can review it before you pay. For referrals, the provider's own policy applies. To request a cancellation, email care@campocator.com.

Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

To be confirmed by Campocator: program-specific rules — cancellation deadlines, refund amounts, non-refundable deposits, processing times, and what happens if a provider cancels a program.

5. Third-party providers

Educational programs are delivered by independent providers. They are responsible for teaching, supervision, safety, facilities, accommodation and meals they offer, and their own terms apply. Campocator does not control providers' day-to-day operations.

6. Admissions, travel, visas and accommodation

Admission is decided by the provider. Unless agreed in writing, you are responsible for travel, passports, visas, insurance, and meeting entry requirements. We may share general guidance but cannot guarantee a visa or admission.

7. Student and parent responsibilities

Customers must be 18 or older. Parents or guardians enrolling a minor confirm they have authority to do so and must provide accurate information, including any health, dietary or support needs the provider requests, and make sure the learner follows the provider's rules.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, the Campocator name and logo belong to Campocator or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use but not copy or reuse content commercially without permission. Blog articles reference their original sources.

9. Limitation of liability

Campocator is responsible for providing its own services — consultation, recommendations, and any booking, enrollment or payment handling we agree to undertake — with reasonable care and skill.

Independent providers are responsible for delivering their programs. Campocator is not responsible for a provider's acts or omissions, except where the loss results from Campocator's own failure to perform an obligation it took on.

To the extent permitted by law, Campocator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded — including for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence — or to your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

To be confirmed by Campocator: this clause is a draft for legal review; no monetary cap has been set.

10. Governing law and disputes

Campocator, Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, United States. Subject to legal review, these terms are proposed to be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. This does not take away protections you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live.

If you have a concern, please contact us first at care@campocator.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

If a concern cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, either party may pursue the remedies available under applicable law. If you are a consumer living outside the United States, you may also benefit from the mandatory laws of your country and, where those laws allow, bring a claim in the courts where you live.

To be confirmed by Campocator: the final governing law, court jurisdiction and venue, and whether any arbitration or mediation step will apply are pending owner approval and legal review. No arbitration requirement, class-action waiver or exclusive venue applies today.

11. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms; the version shown when you enroll applies to that enrollment.

To be confirmed by Campocator: these terms should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before you rely on them.
